Governor Nikki Haley was joined by grassroots activists from across South Carolina and legislators at a historic ceremony during which she signed H 3004 the Spending Accountability Act of 2011 into law. In doing so, Gov. Haley ensured that the people of South Carolina will know how their legislators are spending their tax dollars by putting legislative votes on the record.
