Never Forget

America must never forget September 11. We must continue to confront the radical ideology behind both of these evil attacks and remain diligent in our efforts to prevent them from ever happening again…On this special day, let’s be mindful of the threats we face, appreciative of our freedoms, and thankful for the first responders and brave men and women in uniform who protect us.”

Today, we honor the victims and heroes of 9/11 and celebrate the sense of community and love of country that was affirmed in the aftermath of the attacks. The first responders who risked their own lives to protect their communities and save total strangers still inspire us all.”

Fellow American,

Twelve years ago this morning, Americans awoke to despicable acts of terror. But we were not broken.

From the ashes of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and rural Pennsylvania, the American spirit prevailed. We rebuilt and rose again – and the perpetrators were brought to justice.

Today we honor the men, women, and children lost on 9/11/2001 and thank our first responders and military for their courage. We pray for each family who lost loved ones both on 9/11 and in the ensuing conflicts.

May God continue to bless and protect our great nation.

Sincerely,
The South Carolina Republican Party
Matt Moore, Chairman
