We agree with Jim Clyburn: Joe Cunningham needs to grow up
(Columbia, S.C.) – In the true spirit of bipartisanship and working across party lines, South Carolina Republican Chairman Drew McKissick wholeheartedly agrees with Democrat Majority Whip Jim Clyburn. See below for Chairman McKissick’s full statement:
“For once, I agree with Jim Clyburn: Joe Cunningham needs to grow up. Whether it’s calling for legalizing weed, continually and purposefully lying to voters, or disrespecting those who are 65 years or older by implying their age and experience makes them incompetent to serve, it’s clear Cunningham needs to grow up. We hope he’ll learn the lesson, but feel confident voters will help teach it to him when they reject his ideas at the ballot box and reelect Governor McMaster in November. But I do have one question, if Clyburn feels this way, why didn’t he endorse Mia McLeod in the Democrat Governor’s primary?”
