“South Carolina Republicans are overwhelmingly enthusiastic about Governor Mitt Romney, our party’s presumptive nominee. The South Carolina Republican Party looks forward to working closely with Governor Romney and his campaign as we ensure his election as the next President of the United States. Barack Obama has taken both South Carolina and our country in the wrong direction, and Governor Romney is the only candidate who can get us back on track. South Carolinians and all Americans deserve a president who has a record of creating jobs and is serious about turning around the economy. They don’t have that right now – but they will when Mitt Romney is President.”
