SCOTUS rules 9-0 to keep President Trump on Colorado’s ballot
(Columbia, S.C.) – The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that President Donald J. Trump shall remain on Colorado’s Presidential Primary ballot. SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick released the following statement on the SCOTUS decision:
“Today the Supreme Court has given the power back to its rightful owners – the American People. This ruling is a victory not only for President Trump, but for our country’s most fundamental freedom,” SCGOP Chairman McKissick stated.
“The South Carolina Republican Party joined an Amicus Brief with 32 other states to call on our nation’s highest court to reverse this dictator-like decision to remove President Trump. I am thrilled to see the Supreme Court did exactly that. We saw Colorado’s case for what it was: a political agenda specifically designed to stop President Trump from getting BACK in the White House.
Today reaffirms that you can try to take away the voices of the American People, but you’ll never win.”
