Voters are tired of Democrat control

(Columbia, S.C.) – Today was the runoff election for the Columbia’s mayor’s race. See below for SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick’s full statement:

“South Carolina voters have proven yet again they reject Democrat agendas. Wishlists full of emotion, promises without tangible plans, and radical ideas fall on deaf ears in the Palmetto State,said SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick.“Daniel Rickenmann was a quality candidate who put in the work, connected with voters, and communicated a realistic message. We want to extend a huge congratulations to him, his family, and his campaign.

”After Democrats pulled out all the stops with Jaime Harrison and the DNC and Barack Obama, they still lost. I think it’s safe to say the Red Wave is bigger than ever, and we eagerly expect to continue beating Democrats across South Carolina in 2022.”
