Celebrate Constitution Day
Today marks an important event in our nation’s history, when the Constitutional Convention signed the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787. The ratification of this inspired document set the spirit of man free, and the world has never been the same since.
The liberty that we cherish today is a testament to the timeless truths that are scribed on that sacred parchment. The Constitution is the framework for the organization of our government, and establishes the relationship the federal government has with states and citizens. It is the supreme law of our land that has been sustained by decades of work, sacrifice and spilt American blood.
The absolute necessity for us to protect the rights and liberties codified in this document has never been more paramount. Threats against our nation’s values and honor abound. There are those in this country who work diligently to pervert the language in our Constitution, or even outright remove some if its phrases.
Over the past 223 years, our country has experienced numerous changes to our social, political and economic makeup. However, the one constant we can look to is the sacred parchment that not only provides us with our origins and heritage, but also binds us as a people.
When you consider your vote this November, please think about which candidates cherish and protect your Constitution the most. More than ever, I am confident that the conservative candidates in our state are true guardians of our individual rights and liberties.
Please help support the conservative movement by clicking here now! Our Constitution needs you now more than ever.
