BE IT RESOLVED that all private contact information of Spartanburg GOP Party members, collected by the Spartanburg County Republican Party is to be used only for official Spartanburg GOP Party business, and Spartanburg GOP Party members must opt-in if they wish for their information to be shared with campaigns and third parties.
