Our Political Director Matt Nichols, Deputy Political Director Kurt Pickhardt, and Third Vice Chairman Adam Piper are in Virginia helping turn out the vote for Republicans. They departed from Columbia on Friday with a bus full of volunteers ready to make a difference. Whenever they get a chance, they make video blog entries from the road to keep us updated on all the action. Here are the first videos and there will definitely be more as the election gets nearer.
Just a few short weeks ago, we announced an incredible opportunity for our Republican Party – to pay off our headquarters mortgage years ahead of time, and to make revenue-generating efficiency upgrades to the building. All of this is being made possible by a giant and leader in the Republican Party, Mr. Roger Milliken, who agreed to match dollar-for-dollar what we raise toward the mortgage repayment.
As people from all corners of South Carolina visit Columbia for the annual State Fair. Many of them will notice our booth in the Hampton Building. At the booth everyone can sign up to volunteer, get email updates, and even register to vote. Of course, there are campaign materials from all the Republican candidates for you to take home.
