Help Us Stir Up The Hornet’s Nest – Join Victory 2010

Dear Friend: We’ve killed a bad immigration bill that would have given amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. We’re leading the fight to stop earmarks and to end the Congressional Favor Factory. We’ve fought bank bailouts, automotive industry takeovers, and a “porkulus package” that’s putting us even more in debt to foreign nations like China. We’re currently fighting tooth and nail to protect the private market against a borderline socialist health care proposal. And needless to say…we’ve really stirred up a hornet’s nest. Now those hornets are looking for someone to sting, and they’re flying toward me. President Obama and

That’s what you’ll get from Rob Miller. A cat doesn’t have his tongue. The Washington liberals do. Don’t let the Move On and Act Blue teams take South Carolina’s 2nd Congressional District for Washington style extreme liberal policies. Get involved today with Congressman Joe Wilson’s reelection campaign.

SC Democrats Have A “Pretty Weak Bench”

Who is Chad McGowan? That’s a question a lot of folks are asking today after reading about his opposition to Senator Jim DeMint. Here’s what our spokesman Joel Sawyer had to say about McGowan in today’s news: “It’s clear that the Democratic Party has a pretty weak bench,” said Joel Sawyer, spokesman for the state GOP. “He’s a personal injury attorney who’s barely from South Carolina. We don’t think that someone barely from South Carolina can represent the interests of South Carolina taxpayers the way Senator DeMint has.”

Barnwell County Chairman’s Op-ed

Over the weekend Barnwell County Republican Party Chairman, Ben Kinlaw, wrote an op-ed for The People Sentinel. Chairman Kinlaw voiced his support for Senator Jim DeMint in his battle against frivolous Congressional earmarks. It was written in response Representative Bakari Seller’s op-ed written last week. The Truth About Democrat’s Health Care Experiment

As the nation gets closer to the Democrat’s pushing this government controlled heath care bill through Congress; we thought that everyone should read the truth behind the left’s plan. The Democrats’ Government-Run Health Care Plan Is The Wrong Solution The Senate Democrats’ health care bill is still government-run health care by another name. It would still ration care by putting a government bureaucrat between patients and their doctors. This health care experiment costs more than $900 billion and is paid for by cutting Medicare by $400 billion. Not only does this put seniors’ benefits and quality of care in jeopardy,

Rep. Pitts Headed to Afghanistan

We have learned today that one of our Republican state legislators, Rep. Ted Pitts of Lexington, will be deployed to Afghanistan early next year. As reported on state Rep. Nathan Ballentine’s blog, Rep. Pitts is stepping out of the race for Lt. Governor, and will not run for re-election to his House seat either. Representative Pitts’ example serves as a great reminder to all of us that the blessings of liberty we enjoy are secured through tens of thousands like him leaving their families and careers behind to put themselves in harms’ way to keep the rest of us safe.
